Chapters Health System, Inc. (CHS), through its affiliates, provides support and care for people in our community with or affected by advanced illnesses by offering a wide variety of compassionate healthcare choices. CHS also works to promote an understanding of the needs of persons with serious or life-limiting illnesses as well as the needs of its families and caregivers. CHS provides significant management duties, including without limitation, financial and accounting services, human resources, legal services, marketing services and information technology services, to its subsidiaries and wholly owned LLC's via a written management agreement.
