TO FACILITATE THE COORDINATION, ADMINISTRATION AND PROVISION OF QUALITY CARE AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT SERVICES IN CENTRE COUNTY; TO DEVELOP MECHANISMS TO PROMOTE COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAMS RESPONSIVE TO THE NEEDS OF THE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN CENTRE COUNTY; TO ACT IN CENTRE COUNTY AS THE COMMUNITY COORDINATED CHILD CARE AGENCY.
