THE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE COMMUNITY-BASED LIVING ACCOMMODATIONS FOR PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL/DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES WITHIN SUPERVISED AND UNSUPERVISED HOME-LIKE ENVIRONMENTS AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING SO AS TO RAISE THEIR FUNCTIONING LEVELS.
