CLNY ALLIANCE IS A COOPERATIVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS TAX EXEMPT MEMBER HOSPITALS. BY OPERATING AS A COOPERATIVE THE MEMBERS WILL ACHIEVE SIGNIFICANT REDUCTIONS IN COSTS WHILE STILL BEING PROVIDED HIGH QUALITY LABORATORY SERVICES.
