TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO COLLEGIATE CHAPTERS AND TO CHAPTER HOUSE CORPORATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH ALPHA SIGMA PHI INTERNATIONAL FRATERNITY FOR HOUSING, LODGES AND FOR OTHER FACILITIES AND LOCATIONS UTILIZED BY OR FOR COLLEGIATE MEMBERS OF ALPHA SIGMA PHI INTERNATIONAL FRATERNITY IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR COLLEGIATE EDUCATIONAL ENDEAVORS.
