Mission
To develop, implement, maintain and promote a comprehensive coordinated service system fo people sixty (60) years of age or oldere in Columbia and Montour Counties, Pennsylvania. Through eduction, information and services the Agency strives to enhance the quality of life for those individuals served. The Agency is envisioned as taking a prominent role in being the entry point to all long-term care services in the counties served.
