TO PROVIDE FREE MEDIATION SERVICES IN THE BALTIMORE METROPOLITAN AREA FOR THE PURPOSES OF REDUCING INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNITY VIOLENCE. THE PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION TRAINING.
