COTTONWOOD'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A VARIETY OF COMMUNITY-BASED SUPPORTS AND SERVICES TO ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, EMPOWERING THEM TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AND PRODUCTIVELY AS POSSIBLE WHILE PROMOTING INDIVIDUAL CHOICE, DIGNITY, AND QUALITY OF LIFE.
