THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO OPERATE AS A PRIVATE, NONPROFIT, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL CLUB WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(7) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE (THE "CODE").
