THE CWSP ENGAGES CORPORATE SPONSORS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH PART-TIME JOBS WITHIN THEIR ORGANIZATION TO ENHANCE THE STUDENT'S PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE IN ADDITION TO THEIR ACADEMIC BENEFITS. THE STUDENTS WORK AT THE CORPORATE ORGANIZATION DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR AND GAIN VALUABLE EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AND ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE IN ADDITION TO ENABLING THE STUDENTS TO DEFRAY A PORTION OF THE COST OF THEIR EDUCATION.
