THE READING INSTITUTE (TRI) DEVELOPS, IMPLEMENTS, AND EXPANDS THE REACH OF SCIENCE OF READING-ALIGNED EARLY LITERACY INSTRUCTION AND INTERVENTIONS. WE PARTNER WITH SCHOOLS, DISTRICTS, UNIVERSITIES AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, TO PREPARE FUTURE AND CURRENT EDUCATORS TO DELIVER EVIDENCE-BASED LITERACY INSTRUCTION TO ENSURE EMERGENT READERS IN GRADES K-2 DEVELOP THE ESSENTIAL BUILDING BLOCKS TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL READERS.OUR PRIMARY GOAL IS TO OFFER LOW OR NO COST ACCESS TO OUR PROGRAMS, TRAINING, AND INTERVENTIONS INCLUDING READING READY, READING GO AND OUR 10-HOUR SCIENCE OF READING MICROCREDENTIAL INTRO COURSE. THESE PROGRAMS PROVIDE EDUCATORS AND CAREGIVERS SUPPORT TO BUILD THE SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE OF K-2 EMERGENT READERS.
