DARDANELLE REGIONAL, LLC PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY COMPASSIONATE HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE RIVER VALLEY AREA CONSISTENT WITH THE OVERALL MISSION OF CONWAY REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER. DARDANELLE REGIONAL, LLC WILL PROVIDE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO ENSURE HEALTHCARE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO CITIZENS OF YELL COUNTY, ARKANSAS AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY OPERATING THE HOSPITAL THAT IS OWNED BY THE YELL COUNTY BOARD OF GOVERNORS FOR DARDANELLE HOSPITAL OF YELL COUNTY.
