THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES UNDER SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT TO DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS AND ELDERLY PERSONS TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS AND TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, AND SECURITY.
