TO ADVOCATE FOR THE RIGHTS OF SELF-RELIANCE, PERSONAL DIGNITY, AND INDEPENDENCE FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND TO ADVANCE THE UNDERSTANDING THAT EVEN THOSE WITH THE MOST SEVERE DISABILITY CAN LEAD A PRODUCTIVE AND JOYFUL LIFE.
