TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND PERFORM FUNCTIONS FOR DEVOU PARK, A PUBLIC RECREATIONAL FACILITY OWNED BY THE CITY OF COVINGTON, KENTUCKY. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE THE CARE, UPKEEP, OPERATION, AND MANAGEMENT OF DREES PAVILION RECEPTION CENTER, AND THE DEVOU PARK GOLF AND EVENT CENTER.
