THE DIGITAL RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION WILL SERVE AS A NATIONAL TRADE ORGANIZATION WHICH WILL EDUCATE AND ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF ITS MEMBERS TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH ALL PARTIES, INCLUDING THE CUSTOMER, MEMBER RESTAURANTS AND DELIVERY PARTNERS WIN. THE MISSION OF THE DIGITAL RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION WILL BE TO EDUCATE ON HOW TO MAKE DIGITAL DELIVERY AND OPERATION FINANCIALLY SUSTAINABLE FOR MEMBER RESTAURANTS; ADVOCATE FOR POLICIES THAT PROTECT MEMBER RESTAURANTS FROM UNFAIR PRACTICES AND PROMOTE AN ECOSYSTEM WHERE INNOVATION AND PROGRESS FLOURISH. THROUGH SHARING BEST PRACTICES, EXPLAINING REGULATIONS, AND PROVIDING OTHER TECH-RELATED TOOLS TO HELP MEMBER RESTAURANTS EMBRACE INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES, THE DIGITAL RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION WILL SUPPORT MEMBER RESTAURANTS AS THEY NAVIGATE THE COMPLEXITIES OF RUNNING A BUSINESS IN THE POST-PANDEMIC DIGITAL ERA.
