THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE TO CONDUCT AND MAINTAIN DWIGHT-ENGLEWOOD SCHOOL FOR THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS. THE SCHOOL SHALL PROMOTE STUDENT'S PASSION FOR LIFE-LONG LEARNING AS NECESSARY TO MEET THE CHALLENGES OF A CHANGING WORLD.
