THE CORPORATION SHALL SUPPORT THROUGH MANAGEMENT OF THE ENDOWMENT FUND THE MISSION OF EASTERSEALS CENTRAL ILLINOIS WHICH PROVIDES EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES TO ENSURE CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS, DISABILITIES & OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS CAN REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
