THE ECDYSIS FOUNDATION IS FORMED AS A SOUTH DAKOTA NONPROFIT CORPORATION EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501 (C) (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1954 AND SPECIFICALLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATION AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, AND FOR DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE SCIENCE AND PRACTICE.
