THE FOUNDATION EXISTS TO HELP FOSTER EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF ECLC OF NEW JERSEY, INC., COMMUNITY PERSONNEL SERVICES, INC., AND ECLC OF NEW JERSEY PRIDE DAY PROGRAM, A NEW JERSEY NONPROFIT CORPORATION. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS, AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMMING, ADULT WEEKEND PROGRAMS AND ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS.
