ELA'S MISSION IS TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE DEVELOP THEIR MOST VALUABLE ASSET - THEMSELVES. WE BELIEVE THAT LEADERS ARE MADE, AND TO THAT END PROVIDE INTENSIVE AGE- AND DEVELOPMENTALLY-APPROPRIATE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING THAT PREPARES STUDENTS FOR LIFE-LONG SUCCESS IN SCHOOL, WORK, AND ALL FUTURE ENDEAVORS. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE A TRANSFORMATIONAL EXPERIENCE TO INSPIRE PEOPLE TO BECOME THE PILOTS OF THEIR OWN LIVES.
