Mission
THE ENFIELD FOOD SHELF'S MISSION IS TO ASSURE THAT NO ENFIELD RESIDENT GOES HUNGRY BECAUSE OF A LACK OF RESOURCES. THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO PROVIDE APPROXIMATELY 4 DAYS OF GROCERIES ON A WEEKLY BASIS TO THOSE IN NEED. IN ADDITION, IT FACILITATES THE DISTRIBUTION OF BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL SNACKS FOR STUDENTS AS WELL AS LUNCHES TO CHILDREN DURING THE SUMMER VACATION MONTHS.
