EMPHASIS IS PLACED IN TEACHING BASIC LIFE SKILL, COUNSELING, MONEY MANAGEMENT TRAINING, PREPARING THEM FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING AND RECONNECTING THEM WITH THEIR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES.
