THE FOOTBALL BOWL ASSOCIATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED TO PROMOTE THE COMMON BUSINESS INTERESTS OF BOWLS WHICH BENEFIT THE EDUCATIONAL MISSIONS OF THE PARTICIPATING UNIVERSITIES AS WELL AS THE CORRESPONDING GOALS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE CONFERENCES.
