FOUNDATION FOR BLIND CHILDREN'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, TOOLS AND SERVICES THAT ENABLE ALL PERSONS WITH VISION LOSS TO ACHIEVE GREATER INDEPENDENCE. OUR VISION IS A WORLD WHERE VISION LOSS IS A DIAGNOSIS, NOT A DISABILITY.
