SPECIFICALLY, WE FOCUS ON ISSUES CONCERNING WAGES, CLASSIFICATION OF WORKERS, LICENSING AND APPRENTICESHIP STANDARDS. OUR OBJECTIVES ARE TO PROTECT WORKERS ON GOVERNMENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS FROM SUBSTANDARD WAGES AND LABOR CONDITIONS, AND TO ESTABLISH A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD BY PROVIDING A FORUM IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN FAIR, COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING.
