THE MISSION OF FRANKLIN NEWS FOUNDATION IS TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE AND CIVIL BETTERMENT BY UNDERTAKING PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE JOURNALISM AND THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT CORRUPTION, INCOMPETENCE, FRAUD OR TAXPAYER ABUSE BY ELECTED OFFICIALS AT ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT.
