WE PROVIDE GUIDANCE THROUGH A VARIETY OF FINANCIAL AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO EMPOWER, ENGAGE, AND SAFELY CONNECT HOUSEHOLDS DURING CRISES.OUR MISSION IS CARRIED OUT BY OUR UTILITY ASSISTANCE DEPARTMENT, SUPPORTED BY A ROBUST DONOR PROGRAM STRATEGICALLY DEVELOPED AND MANAGED BY THE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.
