("GHC") SO LONG AS SUCH ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO BE CREATED AND ORGANIZED FOR EXEMPT PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE; (II) DEVELOP, INITIATE, AND OPERATE PROJECTS THAT ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE NEEDS OF GHC; AND (III) ENGAGE IN ANY LAWFUL ACT OR ACTIVITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FORGOING, PROVIDED SUCH ACTIVITIES ARE NOT IN VIOLATION, OR INCONSISTENT WITH, THE CORPORATION'S STATUS AS A CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE.
