GDC OWNS (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O) A 181,475 SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE FACILITY AND RELATED EQUIPMENT THAT IT LEASES TO GCFB FOR ITS VOLUME DISTRIBUTION OPERATIONS THAT PROVIDE FOOD AND PROGRAMMING TO ITS SERVICE AREA.
