TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH ATTAINING FULL VOCATIONAL, SOCIAL, CULTURAL, MORAL, MENTAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND GENERAL FULL PARTICIPATION IN SOCIETY THROUGH SKILLFUL APPLICATION OF THE TECHNIQUES OF REHABILITATION AND GUIDANCE.
