THE FOUNDATION IS A PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION WHICH SUPPORTS AND DIRECTLY BENEFITS GREAT RIVERS GREENWAY (GRG) DISTRICT PROJECTS WITHIN GRG'S JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARIES AND PERFORMS ACTS WHICH ESTABLISH, ENHANCE, MAINTAIN, AND SUSTAIN THE GREENWAYS OF THE ST. LOUIS METRO REGION AND IN GREENWAYS RELATED PROJECTS IN THE ST. LOUIS METRO REGION.
