THE ORGANIZATION IS A CONSUMER-DIRECTED, VALUES-DRIVEN PROGRAM THAT PROMOTES INDEPENDENT AND INTER-DEPENDENT PARTICIPATION IN LIVING EVERYDAY LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUAL STRENGTHS AND NATURAL SUPPORTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL AND COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTS WITHIN LEBANON COUNTY.
