HSNT IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY FROM NEWBORNS TO SENIORS, INCLUDING PRENATAL CARE, WOMEN'S HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, A ROBUST PEDIATRIC PROGRAM, PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE AND INFECTIOUS DISEASE SPECIALTY CARE THROUGH SIX COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS WITH A COMBINED 24-26 PROVIDERS. THROUGH THESE SERVICES, AND PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, HSNT IS MAKING SIGNIFICANT HEADWAY IN ACHIEVING OUR VISION OF, "A HEALTHY COMMUNITY."
