TO PROVIDE SHELTER AND TO ENGAGE IN DEDICATED EFFORTS TO ELIMINATE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ADVOCACY, SUPPORT, AND EDUCATION TO THOSE WHO HAVE AFFECTED BY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN THE CITIES OF CHESAPEAKE AND PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA.
