THE FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO UNITE PEOPLE REGARDLESS OF THEIR POLITICAL, CULTURAL, AND IDEOLOGICAL ORIENTATIONS IN THE COMMON CAUSE OF DEFENDING HUMAN RIGHTS AND PROMOTING LIBERAL DEMOCRACY GLOBALLY. THE MISSION IS TO ENSURE THAT FREEDOM IS BOTH PROMOTED AND PROTECTED.
