THE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED TO HELP STRENGTHEN AND GROW ILLINOIS FREE AND CHARITABLE CLINICS AND TO HELP CLINICS MOVE EFFECTIVELY INTO THE FUTURE, CONNECT PATIENTS WITH CLINICS AND HELP STAKEHOLDER ORGANIZATIONS WHO WISH TO WORK WITH OR HELP CLINICS.
