TO ORGANIZE ALL ELECTRICAL WORKERS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, TO PROMOTE GOODWILL AMONG ALL OF THOSE IN OUR TRADE, TO ASSIST EACH OTHER IN SICKNESS AND IN DISTRESS, TO SECURE EMPLOYMENT FOR OUR MEMBERS, TO SECURE ADEQUATE PAY FOR OUR LABOR, TO RAISE THE STANDARD OF LIVING FOR ALL OUR MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES, AND TO PROMOTE A HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR SIGNATORY CONTRACTORS.
