WE WILL BUILD PARTNERSHIPS, ADVANCE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, AND ACHIEVE ENDURING, SYSTEMIC CHANGE. WE'VE SPENT MORE THAN A DECADE COMMITTED TO ENDING HOMELESSNESS BY APPLYING SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS TO THE BARRIERS THAT CREATE CYCLES OF HOMELESSNESS.
