THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PROVIDING THERAPEUTIC COUNSELING SERVICES TO VULNERABLE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, CONDUCTING RESEARCH, SHARING KNOWLEDGE, AND PROVIDING EXPERT CONSULTATION AND GUIDANCE TO OTHERS SERVING THESE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
