SERVING TROUBLED YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES IN COMMUNITY BASED GROUP HOME SETTINGS TO ALLEVIATE THE EMOTIONAL, MENTAL HEALTH, LEGAL AND OTHER FAMILIAL DIFFICULTIES THAT HAVE RESULTED IN AN INABILITY OF ONE OR BOTH OF THESE PARTIES TO FUNCTION IN A HEALTHY AND APPROPRIATE MANNER AND TO ADEQUATELY ADJUST TO SOCIETAL NORMS AND EXPECTATIONS.
