THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE MEDICAL, DENTAL AND OTHER HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE AREAS OF PATTEN, MILLINOCKET, BROWNVILLE, ASHLAND, ISLAND FALLS, LINCOLN, DOVER AND HOULTON, MAINE AREAS. IT IS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER.
