KENOSHA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER, INC.'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE PRIMARY CARE AND REFERRAL HEALTH SERVICES TO DISADVANTAGED AND UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS AND PROMOTE AND ENSURE THAT BASIC PRIMARY HEALTH SERVICES ARE ACCESSIBLE TO UNINSURED AND UNDERINSURED RESIDENTS OF KENOSHA, WISCONSIN AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
