REPRESENT AND ASSIST KENTUCKY'S 121 LOCAL CONSERVATION DISTRICTS AND 35 WATERSHED CONSERVANCY DISTRICTS. PROVIDE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES. ASSIST IN PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE DISTRICT TO ASSIST LANDOWNERS WITH CONSERVATION IMPROVEMENTS.
