THE MISSION OF THE KENTUCKY CASA NETWORK IS TO STRENGTHEN AND SUPPORT LOCAL CASA PROGRAMS IN KENTUCKY, THAT WORK TO ADVOCATE FOR CHILDREN IN THE COURT SYSTEM DUE TO ABUSE, NEGLECT OR DEPENDENCY.
