THE LABORERS EASTERN REGION ORGANIZING FUND'S PURPOSE IS TO CONCEIVE, DEVELOP, PLAN AND CONDUCT ORGANIZING AND INCIDENTAL ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE JURISDICTIONAL AREAS OF THE EASTERN REGION DISTRICT COUNCILS AND LOCAL UNIONS OF THE LABORERS INT'L UNION OF NORTH AMERICA.
