TO OFFER SERVICES AND PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES THAT ENHANCE EACH CHILD'S EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, INTELLECTUAL AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT, AND TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES IN A SAFE, NURTURING ENVIRONMENT.
