PROMOTE REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BY PROVIDING A PHYSICAL STRUCTURE TO START-UP AND EMERGING TECHNOLOGY BUSINESSES; TO EDUCATE THE REGIONAL BUSINESS COMMUNITIES ON TECHNOLOGY ISSUES AND OPPORTUNITIES; TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE DISSEMINATION OF IDEAS, TECHNOLOGY, BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND OTHER INFORMATION AMONG REGIONAL TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS AND REGIONAL COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES; AND TO CONDUCT ANY ACTIVITY CONSISTENT WITH SUCH PURPOSE.
