THE MARSHALL COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION IS A COMMUNITY FOUNDATION ORGANIZED TO IDENTIFY, PROMOTE, SUPPORT AND MANAGE PROGRAMS THAT WILL ENHANCE THE HEALTH, CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL AND CIVIC LONG-TERM NEEDS OF THE CITIZENS OF MARSHALL COUNTY, INDIANA.
