THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO DEVELOP AND OPERATE HOUSING SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR THE ELDERLY, WITH ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE RESIDENTS' HEALTH CARE AND FINANCIAL SECURITY, AND OTHERWISE TO PROMOTE THE INTERESTS AND SERVE THE NEEDS OF THE ELDERLY.
